Individual or Group Open Water Swim Practice
Whether you are anxious about open water swimming or looking close the gap between your pool swimming times and your open water performances, Coach Justin Roeder offers private and group open water swimming sessions to help you conquer your goals (and maybe your fears) in the water. For optimal results, open water swimming is something that should be practiced at least 3-4 times before your season begins. Don’t jump into your first race with no open water simulation!
