Training Plans (Triathlon and Running)

What is the difference between this option and individual coaching? These plans are built for beginners and intermediate athletes looking to accomplish a new race distance or lower their finishing time from previous years. These plans are entirely created up front prior to the training cycle so it may be 8 to 36 weeks of training uploaded at once. Athletes may purchase these plans immediately or contact the coach directly to ensure they pick the right plan for their season.

This option is great for the “click and go” athlete! Maybe you just need some accountability, extra motivation, or a detailed path towards a goal you have already set. These plans are built around the athlete’s age, athletic ability, goal race of the year, and personal goals. These plans can be provided via PDF document or TrainingPeaks account. Whether you are an individual, group of athletes, or company, the plans created here are built for results.
