Justin builds your plan around whatever your school team has scheduled. Summer plans always incorporate existing team workouts — the goal is to complement your school program, not compete with it.
It's a no-pressure conversation — your goals, your athlete's training background, any injury history, and what success looks like for your fall season. Justin will also answer any questions you have about the coaching process. No sales pitch, no obligation.
As a former NCAA Head Coach, Justin has a direct view into what college coaches are looking for. He can advise on target times, program fit, how to reach out to coaches, and what to highlight in recruiting conversations. This is something very few private coaches can offer at this level.
Both options are available. Most athletes work with Justin online — training plans are delivered digitally, communication is via text/message, and video analysis is done remotely. In-person sessions are available for athletes in the Indianapolis area.
