When your athlete trains with Justin Roeder, they have a former NCAA Division I Head Coach and Indiana State Champion personally guiding every workout, every race, every season.
Coaching is individualized and development-focused. Support is tiered to ensure athlete outcomes, clear communication, and appropriate access throughout the season.
Athletes are placed in the coaching level that best supports their development, goals, and communication needs.

Every athlete and family has different needs. Here's the full range of support available through Roeder Multisport's coaching — depending on the coaching level you choose, you and your athlete can receive any combination of the following.
Training & Planning
- An individualized training plan aligned with school seasons
- Ongoing pace guidance and adjustments
- Long-term athletic development, not just a single season
- Load management and injury-risk monitoring
- Race planning and competition-phase guidance
- Seasonal and multi-year annual planning
- Race selection, taper strategy, and performance debriefs
- Strength, recovery, and nutrition guidance
Communication & Support
- TrainingPeaks platform access for workouts, data, and communication
- Direct text and email access to your coach
- Scheduled calls to review training and progress
- Pre-race strategy calls
- Parent inclusion on scheduled calls
In-Person & Strength Training
- Individual in-person coaching sessions
- Small group in-person sessions (summer/winter)
- In-season strength and mobility program — 2 strength sessions and 2 mobility sessions per week, fully adaptive to each athlete's training history and season phase
- Coach presence at select meets
Additional Support
- College pathway and recruiting guidance
- Coordination with athletic trainers, physical therapists, and other specialists
