Learn more.
Adult & Recreational Runners
You've got a race on the calendar and a busy life to work around. Whether you're running your first 5K or chasing a new personal best, you'll get a structured, adaptable training plan and a coach in your corner who adjusts when life gets in the way.
Marathon & BQ Chasers

About Coach Justin Roeder
Coach Justin Roeder knows what it takes to compete because he's done it himself and guided numerous individuals to record feats. As a four-time IHSAA All-State runner and Indiana State Cross Country Champion, Coach Justin has stood on the same starting lines your athlete stands on today — feeling the same nerves, chasing the same goals, and learning firsthand what separates good training from great training. That experience didn't stop at the finish line. Justin went on to earn a degree in Exercise Science from Butler University, giving him the academic foundation to understand not just how to train athletes, but why specific approaches work at every stage of development.
Justin served as the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at IU Indianapolis (NCAA Division I Program), where he has built a program defined by conference championships, school records, and athletes who continue to improve long after they leave his roster. He brings that same level of structure, strategy, and personal investment to every athlete he coaches privately — whether you're a high school runner trying to break into varsity, an adult tackling your first marathon, or a seasoned competitor chasing a Boston qualifier. When you work with Coach Justin, you're not getting a generic plan built by an algorithm. You're getting a coach who has lived the sport, studied the science, and proven he can develop athletes at every level.
Coach Justin Roeder works with runners throughout Indiana, from the Indianapolis metro and Hamilton County communities of Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, and Zionsville, to Bloomington, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Lafayette, Terre Haute, and Evansville. Whether you're training for a high school cross country season, chasing a Boston qualifier, or building your first marathon base, Coach Justin offers both in-person coaching for central Indiana athletes and fully online coaching for runners anywhere in the state.
