The Summer XC Training program is open to cross country athletes in grades 6 through 12. Whether your athlete is just getting started or is a returning varsity runner looking to make a jump, the program is structured to meet them where they are and push them forward.
Yes! This program is a great complement to a school team’s training. Our focus is on building proper running technique, developing a deeper understanding of the sport through training and preparation, and laying a foundation that elevates your athlete on their team’s roster.
Sessions run every Tuesday and Friday from 7:45 to 9:00 AM, starting June 9 and running through July 30, 2026. That's 16 total sessions over 8 weeks — timed to build a strong preseason base before school cross country seasons begin.
No problem. We'll send you the training for that day so your athlete can make it up on their own!
