XC Training
Professional preseason training for high school cross country athletes. Built for high school athletes with one goal: performing their best when it matters most at the state championship series.
What we train
Built for cross country season
Biomechanics & Form
Most high school athletes have never had their stride coached. We fix that from the ground up.
Hill Training
Strength, power, and mental toughness. Hills are where XC races are won.
Threshold Work
Train at the edge of comfortable. That's where real fitness is built.
Seasonal Structure
16 sessions designed to build progressively toward the start of XC season.
Recovery & Readiness Tracking
TrainingPeaks-based monitoring of sleep, load, and readiness so every session is trained at the right intensity.
Strength & Drill Library
Private video library of every drill and strength exercise from sessions — accessible anytime so athletes can reinforce work on their own.
