DEVELOPMENT COACHING
$300 / month
For motivated middle school and high school runners who want structure, guidance, and consistency.
This level provides individualized training and foundational support while encouraging athlete ownership and independence.

This level extends beyond programming and reflects a mentorship-style relationship.

Yes. Parents are welcome to be included in scheduled calls and appropriate communication, especially for younger athletes.

Yes. In-person 1-on-1 sessions are available when appropriate. Some coaching levels include limited in-person sessions, and additional sessions may be added based on the athlete’s needs.
Availability, frequency, and cost are discussed during the consultation.
In-person sessions are used intentionally and are not required for effective coaching.
